DR. Lowell Latimer Memorial
Dr. Lowell Latimer was a friend to all and had a passion to support our teachers and students through the MPS Foundation. His many years as Founding Director and setting up the foundation brought it to where it is today. With the family’s blessing, the Legacy of Lowell will live on at MPSF through this memorial fund to preserve, promote and enhance the quality of education for the Minot Public School District as Lowell would’ve wanted.
